Our goal is to make your online shopping experience enjoyable! We hope that you find fabulous products you love as much as we love finding them for you. Many of our items are vintage, one of a kind pieces. We do our best to describe each item but please keep in mind that with vintage items there can be some imperfections such as knicks, chips, cracked glaze or discoloration that add to it's charm and unique character. Your satisfaction is our utmost priority and we ask that you take a moment to read our policies before placing your order.

Payment

We accept payment by Direct Bank Deposit, Money Order(Australia only) and Paypal. Orders will not be completed until funds have cleared.

Shipping

We try our best to ship out your in-stock order within 24 hours of receiving payment. Each Customised order production timings vary. Please note that these times depend upon many factors and are a guideline only. If your order is required by a certain date, please let us know when ordering and we will advise whether delivery by that date is possible. Unfortunately we have no control over delivery time once your item has been mailed.

Our preferred method of delivery is by Registered Post, however we offer the option of regular Australia Post delivery and Express Post. Please note that while Express Post delivery may be quicker, depending upon your location, we cannot always guarantee next day delivery. All You Need will not be held responsible for packages which go astray during delivery, so therefore we recommend you select Registered Mail.

We are more than happy to accept international orders. Please contact us prior to ordering for a postage and handling quotation.

Returns

All returns are subject to approval. Please email info@chiclittleshop.com to receive an authorization number prior to return. Item must be in original condition. Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the original delivery and have authorization number included in package. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the sale. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. All vintage items, original artwork, one of a kind pieces, and clothing are Final Sale and will not be returnable.

Cancellations

We understand that sometimes your circumstance can change, or Just change of a heart. If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. We are happy to offer a full refund if we have not yet mailed or commenced work on your order.

We check each and every product very carefully prior to shipping. If you believe that your item is faulty or in some way unsatisfactory, please contact us with the details and we will do our best to rectify the situation. Your satisfaction is very important to us.

Note: Due to the nature of handcrafted products, certain items are designed to have an aged look and this is considered to be a unique characteristic rather than a fault. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. All vintage items, original artwork, one of a kind pieces, and clothing are Final Sale and will not be returnable.

All goods must be returned within 10 days of receipt, in original condition, unused, unwashed and in the original packaging with tags attached.

Sizing Information

To ensure the perfect fit,whether its home collection items or your princess clothes. we may request that you provide us with the appropriate measurements. For custom made items we will not start working on it until measurements have been received, delay in providing the measurements will delay your order.

We provide a basic size guideline for many products. The size of certain items may vary from this and where possible have been listed on the product page.

If in doubt, please contact us prior to ordering and we willbe happy to assist you to select the correct size.
